Not accept ink Epson CX5400

I had spent my printer ink other, but one of them ran out so I tried to replace it with the original type again, but now accepts it. I spoke with Mrs. Walgreens had given me the other cartridges and she says she had to call a number I had the directions to accept the new cartridge, but i can find an issue, does anyone know the number or how?
