I have an HP Photosmart C3100. I just left a black and white or grayscale, but still printing the colored pieces of the page in color and not the whole thing in black and white. How I can change this. If a printer using color and black and white cartridge, do not use color cartridge for black ink cartridge instead of black and whilte, right?
