hp7130 printer/copier/scanner/fax "scanner failure" error msg.?
my hp7130 printer/copier/fax/scanner is constantly going into "scanner failure" mode... the only way to correct the problem at this time is to shut off and turn on the printer... this happens every few minutes at times... what has to been done to correct this problem from reoccuring ??
This is a huge problem with this particular printer as countless others have experienced the same problem.
You may have a bad motherboard and HP won't repair it.
Others have purchased used 7130's on eBay then swapped them out to get their printer running again.
