Why i cannot open my 'Epson Scan' on the desktop, my scanner is an Epson Stylus CX3700?
I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, my cables and connections seem ok, the printer works fine, I just have a problem trying to open "Epson Scan '? My printer / scanner / copier is a CX3700. I can also copy, no problem, can anyone help me with this problem, thanks
Make sure you have the latest drivers. You can get from http://www.epson.com (get both printing and TWAIN driver updates). There may be a compatibility issue with your operating system version of the driver. At some point the drivers that come in the box are already obsolete by the time you get it. Otherwise, your it want, you can call for service. Good luck.
